Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

We are committed to selling high quality Products that we hope you enjoy wearing. We accept returns in case of any manufacturing defect, however if for any reason you want to return the product we are happy to assist you by accepting the return of the product, provided products are not used and are in their original packing including tags and other information. Refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defect will be processed by providing web store credit for the same amount to purchase replacement product from our site. Please note that in those cases we charge a fee of Rs. 150/- to cover return and other charges related to it. Cash refunds will be provided only in case of manufacturing  defects.
 
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving the shipment by the customer.
 
If you would like to return something we have delivered or in process of delivery within the Three (3) day window, you may contact our Customer Service Center by email or through contact us option.
 
We accept return of the Products purchased by you or replace them, provided they are in good condition, saleable and merchantable and products are in their original packing including tags and other information.
 
If the purchased Products– because of their nature or the way they are packaged or wrapped- can never be reinstituted to the position as they were at the purchase date or can never be offered for sale to the general public, then we may have the right to reject their return or replacement.
 
We may have the right of not accepting the return or replacement of Products, if they were sold during special promotions and/or sales.
 
Return shipping costs will not be covered by AnarikA and the customer will have to pay the return and new shipment cost. A standard Fee of Rs.150/- is applicable for all returns to cover return shipping costs.

HOW TO RETURN?

1)Contact the customer service and inform the Order Number, Date of shipment and the Date of receipt.
2)Inform the reason for Return of the Product.
3) In case returns are initiated other than reasons related to manufacturing defects, Anarika will not provide cash refund, instead refunds will be provided as Web store credit which can be used to purchase another product from our website.
4)All return process need to be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
5) Pictures of the product, including manufacturing defects needs to be send prior to the return to our customer service department.
6)Upon receiving the intimation for return, customer service department at AnarikA will assign a return number, which has to be quoted while returning the product.
7)We will not accept any direct return of the product, all returns has to be made along with return reference number.
8)Returns are not accepted for special orders.
9)No returns will be accepted if the return information not provided within 3 days of receipt of the product.
